I'm finally home! The weather was blistering hot this afternoon it was unbearable! I've got no school on Friday so technically tomorrow's my last day of school for the week! (Hip hip hurray~!) It's kind of ironic though. What do I mean? Well, technically tomorrow the O'level grads will get their JAE posting results and those that applied for Junior College start school on Friday XD Yes, I'm talking about you Jessie and Cheryl (If you guys are reading this, though I highly doubt it at the moment) Anyway, I decided to do a WHAT'S IN MY BAG post this time, only because I was thinking of packing my bag a little while ago...

.
Shall we begin?
So this is what I usually stuff into my backpack on a daily basis (minus the Social Psychology textbook 'cos I only have lessons on that on Tuesday and Thursday). It's not really a lot of stuff. Were you expecting make-up bags and fluffy girly stuff? Sorry to disappoint :P
This is what I put into my main bag pocket (Do you call it a pocket, or a section?) On Tuesdays and Thursday, I would include my laptop (I carry it in my Bunny Laptop bag) and Laptop charger, as well as my Social Psychology and Communication textbook. Actually, I just got my book today so I'll start bringing it to school tomorrow :) The light blue and red booklet on the right is my personal notebook. In it, I scribble down whatever the teacher says in my messiest handwriting. It's a little embarrassing to show the content inside. I also carry this adorable Sentimental Circus folder which is filled with my lecture notes from both SocPsych and MindWorks. I usually use office clips to secure them together 'cos I can't fit a stapler into my pencil case and I just throw in all the excess clips into the smaller pockets in my bag. They're everywhere in my bag :/ My pencil case has just 1 blue pen, the rest are all in other colours. I like 'decorating' my notes with loads of colours, so my pencil case is filled with colours of the rainbow!
In my second bag pocket, I store my:
IPhone charger- this is super vital to me and usually the first thing I do the moment I enter the classroom is to plug my charger into one of the power sockets on the desk, followed by my laptop charger.
Earphones- Last Christmas Dad bought me these awesome Bang and Olufsen earphones. Since then, it's been my absolute LOVE. I am hardly seen without them when I go to and fro school and the sound quality is just out of this world!
*confession: I NEVER share these earphones with others-ever!*
Face Towel- I take Yoga lessons in school and so having a face towel is pretty darn important to avoid my face from ever touching the yoga mat. I bring it on a daily basis because the weather here gets ridiculously high at times and I can't be bothered to carry tissue packs with me all the time.
Chewing Gum- Sugarless mint is my favourite. My teacher doesn't have an issue with me chewing gum in class and I find that I can concentrate better in class chewing away on minty gum. It also comes in handy after Yoga class. I'm able to stay awake in the bus long enough to alight at the right stop XD
Band-aids and alcohol swabs- I have a tendency to trip whenever I'm too engaged in a conversation with others so I carry these just in case I land unceremoniously on the ground.
Wallet- Just who doesn't need one? You tell me~
These are just some extra stuff I pack into smaller compartments in my backpack. I usually wear my jacket to class 'cos it's pretty cold in the morning when I walk to the bus-stop and the classrooms can get pretty cold after the first hour. When lessons are over, I just stuff it into my main bag pocket. I keep a little container with some extra hair-ties in case I forget to tie my hair or whenever I need to 'tame my mane.' Then there's my water bottle which I am in love with:) I also carry this little bottle of Deodorant (the travel-pack kind) with me. It's so light and convenient and really comes in handy!
Then there's my iPhone which essentially serves as my wallet during lunch. I just insert a ten dollar notes into one of it's card-holder pocket before heading to the food stalls. My wallet serves more as a card holder and I stuff my receipts and membership cards in it.
So that's usually what I carry to school. My backpack is actually a little smaller than most backpacks and the straps are super comfy so carrying the items around is no biggie to me :) If you need a little gum before class, now you know who to ask for!
