#np: L.O.V.E - Dizzla D R&B instrumental beat

This little precious is recovering so well it's hard to believe she's gone through surgery! She's back to her usual bubbly, jumpy, noisy, playful self!

There's this crazy haze going on right now. The PSI reading hit 140 earlier in the afternoon but luckily it's going down. Wearing a face mask ain't my thing, so hopefully the weather will clear up soon and I won't even have to go near one :/  Fingers crossed.

I know this is random, but...
If I could build my very own dream house...
It would be a high-rise apartment. One wall in my bedroom would be a full-length glass wall. I would have a white grand piano in the centre of the living room and have a fingerprint scanner as the main door lock. *SIGH* a girl can dream~

#np: Thank You - Miyano Mamoru

I've been away for too long...again.

It's about time I updated this blog. The weekend before my last week of school, Dad drove us out to a new shopping mall at Buona Vista called THE STAR. It's a wonderful place, with eco-friendly designs and aesthetically pleasing architecture! According to Mum, 80% of the entire mall is dedicated to restaurants and eateries and the remaining 20% are for shoppers. The entire building is not air-conditioned (here comes the eco-friendly part!), instead, whenever you choose to enter a store, you got to press the button on the sliding door to open it, such that only the store is air-conditioned. How ingenious is that?! Mum and I entered this adorable store that sold all sorts of baby toys and accessories and a mountain of plushies! Looking around the store, I found a huge rack selling these heart-melting BOO stuff toys!

Awwwww......

Angry Boo is angry...grrr~
On Sunday, we had a wonderful buffet lunch at this famous Korean buffet restaurant called TODAI. I've been there once but this time they were having an Alaskan Crab Feast! Everyone ate loads of the fresh crab, even bro (who usually avoids such seafood)!

Then came the start of the final week of school before the 2 week term break. I had a Marketing test on Wednesday so I spent Monday and Tuesday flipping through my Notes-cum-bible.

Well...you can't study until you got yourself a packet of Pocky, right? XD

My awesome friends introduced me to the Green Tea Latte selling at Starbucks. Before then, I don't recall the last time I've been to Starbucks. This drink was soooooo delicious i became addicted to it that I promised myself to buy another cup as soon as my test was over!

After the test on Wednesday, I had Radio class. The lesson was really fun as the class got to learn how the editing process works and we got to 'play around' with our M Boxes. Si Hui, Si En and I kept doing fake interviews and recorded our voices over and again! It was soooo much fun but off course we paid attention whenever we needed to! We also got to check out the production rooms and the recording studios. I'll make sure to take some pictures of the place when I book the rooms for some editing practice next week!

Testing, testing...one, two three...

Wednesday was MY last day of school before the term break. The class decided to take some photos before leaving after Radio class that day...We girls got to take our pics first!

'Model' shot...

Everyone looks so...stoic?

Now THIS is the normal shot!

See the contrast? XD

Now this was hilarious. During our SpeechComm lecture, we watched a clip on how models take some jumpshots and I was showing the girls how the model did the shot-literally! I had no idea that Lianne was posing for these until i saw the pictures on whatsapp! Lianne's hilarious!

Thursday ended with a great dinner with my beloved sisters! It's bee forever since we've come together for a meal together and we had a wonderful dinner at Sushi Tei. All of us even wore our special Friendship necklaces!!!

They haven't changed a bit XD

I can't help but laugh every time I see this picture....Eth's nostrils.... #laughdieme #

See, i wasn't joking about the promise to my green tea latte...

Cheryl felt a need to poke my cheek...

" Best friends are made early to last forever~"

Then came Friday. I met up with my DPA buddies and we had a great dinner at this Alza-something eating place. Gosh, I remember choking on my food several times cause everyone was telling hilarious jokes and sharing fun moments!

I ordered the Mee Bandung and it was really good! The gravy tasted similar to that of chilli crab!

We then headed over to Udders for some dessert and more social time! Gosh, I really miss all of them! DPA just isn't the same as it used to be at the start of the year! It's so hard for us to meet up now but when we do get the chance to do so...they're unforgettable moments!

During the weekends, I went to several random places. One of them was the orchard. Grandma needed to buy some top soil and fertilisers for her next gardening project (she's attempting melons now i think). While walking around the orchard, I stumbled upon these cute little flowerpots. Yes, I know, AngryBirds are a little outdated...but HEY, they're still pretty cute!

Oh yeah, I happened to tune in to channel U last night and look who's on TV! Yeh Agnes! You go, gurl!!!

Yesterday was a busy day for me. I met up with Godma for lunch after she dropped Pepper off at the vet's clinic. Pepper was getting sterilised and Godma took a week off to take care of the pooch. We had lunch at this restaurant called DELIcious at Scotts square and it was really really good!
Oreo cheesecake, anyone?

Cappuccino on the side, please!
After killing some time while in town, we headed back to the clinic to pick up the drowsy schnauzer. Poor girl, she's got stitches down her belly. She wore an Elizabethan collar around her nape and looked lost, sleepy, angry and yet happy at the same time. We took a cab back to settle her down. Godma got dinner ready for her and after ensuring that she's eating well and adequately hydrated, took her down for a short walk, to let her answer nature's call. We made sure she didn't jump, run, or pull out of her collar. If she did, she might end up worsening the stitches and cause them to rupture.
Poor girl got herself some stitches...

But she ate well :)

She looks so sad with that collar on her...

It's ok, Pepper. That ugly thing will be gone in a couple weeks. Get well soon~
